Once we receive the order, we usually ship each order within 3-4 business days. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items may take a little longer to complete. Personalized items may take up to 4-5 business days to ship. If you order three items that do not have special processing, then order may ship within 3-4 days, but if you order any one personalized item, your entire order will shop in 4-5 business days because we ship all your items at one time to lower your shipping costs. Something New is not responsible of any items not shipped within the 4-5 days.

Unfortunately due to the fact that most of our products are intended for a one time usage and many items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final. Should you receive a damaged item, please call our Customer Service Department at (757) 457-1801 with your invoice number. We will send out a replacement at no charge.

When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment. All returned items are required to have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will be refused.

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned merchandise. A copy of the invoice or the shipping document must accompany all returned merchandise. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and in the original condition. All refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to inbound and outbound freight and terms, if applicable, will be changed to prepay-credit card.

All claims must be made within 2 business days of shipment.

Something New offers complimentary personalization on specific items. Something New does not accept returns on items that have been personalized. All sales are final.

Should you receive a personalized item that is damaged, please contact your retailer within 48 hours upon receipt of shipment and the same item will be replaced with the same personalization.
